Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped and do not include processing time. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or high package volume.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Missing or Lost Packages
